Additionally, I can help you understand and manage triggers by focusing on where they manifest in your body. Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or psychological acupuncture, through gentle touch on specific points on your body, we can bring about positive changes together.
I also utilize Non-Violent Communication (NVC) to improve existing relationships or build new ones. This happens in an empathetic and honest way, ensuring that everyone feels heard and understood.
